I wish I had a manager, now or in the past, who practiced your aloha method, as opposed to the "city method"
Thanks! I'll make sure to keep reading, wishing I could be a part of the movement.

Aloha, thank you both for your comments.

I must stress that you needn't wait for your manager or boss to adopt Managing with Aloha: Value aligning our work is something we can all do in a myriad of different ways. I encourage you to take another look at the FAQ5 page I have linked in the posting above, and I think reading my book will make the individual applications a bit more clear.

The best to you both in your Ho‘ohana.

Aloha! I've just finished reading your brief on the difference between a MISSION and a VISION. I must say I'm very impressed. Thanks.

Rosa has published a 28-page MWA Manifesto with ChangeThis.com and we encourage you to download a copy for the overview she shares there. When you decide to work with Aloha, the manifesto is also a great way to quickly share the core philosophy of MWA with others so they can more fully support you and your learning.

As explained on the site: “ChangeThis is a new kind of media. It’s calm and thoughtful and direct and transparent. And unlike almost every other form of media, it reaches people through community. If an idea is a good one, it’ll spread, because people like you will send it to their friends.”
